Case Construction - White Vinyl Plywood Case

   
 



The 5/8" plywood cases are overlaid with an abrasion resistant white vinyl foil. The cases have a 1/8" white vinyl coated plywood back with hidden 5/8" plywood hanging rails. Hardwood dowels and white glue are used to fasten the different components together. The edges are taped with PVC applied with hot melt glue. Veneer finished ends have matching veneer front edge unless otherwise requested. Cabinets with wood veneer finished interior will be taped with wood veneer tape. Bottom edge of wall cabinet finished ends are taped white PVC, unless overwise specified. Case tape color selections, listed on pages 117-118, are available at no additional upcharge. Cases are not available with laminate edges, unfinished wood veneer tape, or finished wood veneer tape, except as noted on door pages.

Note: 5/8" plywood cabinet cases have a material thickness tolerance of Plus 0 and minus 3/64" per the American National Standard for Hardwood and Decorative Plywood.
