Painted MDF Doors
Premium grade Medium Density Fiberboard doors are made with a single routed piece or a routed frame and a separate center panel. MDF is a flat uniform surface that is dimensionally stable and provides a smooth base for a painted surface. Frosty White is the standard color, custom color are available.
1 Piece Painted 1 Side with White Melamine or Painted 2 Sides
One-piece routed or two-piece frame and panel door with enamel paint applied to an MDF core. The standard one-piece routed MDF door is painted on one side only. The back of the door is white melamine. It is a lower cost alternative to the two-piece frame and panel door. The two-piece MDF frame and panel door is painted on two sides. Painted Medium Density Fiberboard doors are resistant to changes in heat and humidity. Door panels and profiles are milled with precise computer controlled machinery.
